A: Our website order receiving is “LIVE” to read from MOLPay (Payment gateway). There are some timing gap between MOLPay and the bank as well. Bank received payment but take few minutes later (Not immediately) to update MOLPay. You may check your order history later, if you still can not find your order from your account, please contact our customer service immediately.
Q: How can I get my tracking number?
A: Once we proceed your order, system will notify customer with a tracking number via e-mail. You may tracking the updated status from our courier partner platform.
