Cancellation & Refund Policy

Can I cancel my order & request for refund?

> NO cancellation is allow if the order status is proceed to <SHIP OUT>.

* If your parcel have been ship out, we will only accept return or exchange. For the details please read  here.

> YES, we will only accept cancellation if the order status is under <PENDING> and the parcel NOT YET send out to our respective courier partner.

* MOLPay shall refund for full amount for the credit card channel and no charges on the transaction fee.

* Generally, bank will proceed within 7-14 days in order credited back into buyer card account accordingly.

* MOLPay will only proceed refund upon merchant instruction basically.
