RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Should there be any dissatisfaction with the item(s), you may return or exchange them within 7 calendar days from goods received date.

Manufacturing defected item, wrong sized or wrong item(s) delivered can be return or exchange. We accept:

Exchange size (same product as purchased)

Exchange colour (same product as purchased)

Exchange product with same value products

Top-up to higher value products

Credit to your www.kasutyou.my account for next purchase

* Returned / Exchanged products are strictly NOT cash refundable.

* Credit amount will count by item sold price deducted with shipping fees (if item delivered in free shipping) and payment transaction fees 2.8%.

* Returns or exchange is ONLY valid for online purchase at www.kasutyou.my.

* Clearance item are not allowed to return or exchange. 

Exchanges are accepted at our OUTLETs in Malaysia or by POST.

 

OUTLET EXCHANGES

Kasut U Sdn Bhd has over 43 outlets around Peninsular Malaysia, you may exchange the item(s) at any outlets within 7 calendar days from goods received date.

>Step 1:

Find a nearest outlet nearby you from here Our Stores.

>Step 2:

Contact our Customer Service 013 521 8830 or email to cs@kasutyou.com request for OUTLET exchanges within 7 calendar days from goods received date.

>Step 3:

Our customer service will verify your request to approve or reject the exchange. Once the request approved, you will receive an exchange approval code and letter by email (as your www.kasutyou.my account email address).

>Step 4:

Customer have to bring the item with exchange approval code or letter to the selected outlet for exchange within 7 working days from letter received date.  - DONE –

* A final inspection will be done by outlet to ensure that return item is in its original condition

* Exchanges size / colour / model will depend on the selected outlet stock availability.

* Return will not be accepted at our outlets in Malaysia. Please refer to POST exchanges.

 

POST EXCHANGES

You may return or exchange the item(s) by post. Postage is to be borne by you in the event of an exchange.

>Step 1:

Contact our Customer Service 013 521 8830 or email to cs@kasutyou.com request for POST returns or exchanges within 7 calendar days from goods received date.

>Step 2:

Our customer service will verify your request to approve or reject the returns or exchanges. Once the request approved, you will receive an exchange approval code and letter by email (as your www.kasutyou.my account email address).

>Step 3:

Customer have to ship back the item(s) to below address with exchange approval letter within 3 working days from letter received date.

>Step 4:

Once we received your return item, a final inspection will be done within 3 working days to ensure that it is in its original condition. Returns that do not meet our policy will reject and returned to customer, postage is to be borne by customer.

>Step 5:

After final inspection done, we will ship out the exchange item within 3 working days.  - DONE –

* For returned item, we will credit to customer account for next purchase.

* Credit amount will count by item sold price deducted with shipping fees (if item sold in free shipping) and payment transaction fees.

* Kasut U Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused during shipping.

Our customer service will take about 1-3 working days to reply customer request.

 

PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ITEM ARE:

• In original condition

• UNWORN (no visible wear or tear) with original tags

• Undamaged with any human factors

• In the original packaging 

• With return or exchange approval letter

• Return within 7 calendar days from goods received date

The management of Kasut U Sdn. Bhd. reserves the rights to reject any returns at our sole discretion shall we find any goods returned in a used / altered/ damaged condition.
